We launched SimplyGoodCoffee in 2022, and almost immediately, customers asked to eliminate the plastic. Many weren't even polite about it! But we got the point, and we got to work. So many customers provided insight into materials, trade-offs, and even design ideas. The mission was to develop this new model that satisfied their desire for a brewer where no water or coffee touches any plastic.
